15th BANKES ARMS BEER FESTIVAL 2010
From the humble beginnings of the festival in 1995, which offered a modest 40 beers, the festival has grown year on year, attracting thousands of people who like great beers, delicious cider and great entertainment over four glorious days.
This year the Festival also boasts a Champagne Tent and Pimms Tent, as well as stalls and barbecues. The location couldn't be better either, right on top of the stunning Studland coastline in sight of Old Harry's Rocks. |

THE ISLE OF PURBECK BREWERY
The success of the Beer Festival was the principal motivation behind the Isle of Purbeck brewery, which started brewing in 2002. The brewery has greatly expanded and now supplies pubs throughout Dorset & Hampshire: in fact our beers can now be found all over the country. The brewery also draws on its experience with the Bankes Arms Beer festival to organise and supply other annual events in Purbeck and Dorset. |
